The Windward Coalition will be tracking actual noise data.

For tracking - we need community assistance.  On your mobile phone, download the free NIOSH Sound  Level Meter.  

If you note noise above 65 Decibels, please mark down your location, the date, time, decibel level and the duration of the noise. Report your complaints to the Windward Coalition   HERE .   Also send a complaint to the Marine Corps Base  MCBH Noise Report or call  808-257-8832 and leave a message.
